We provide a full range of services in housing construction as a general supplier, i.e. from pre-project planning, through the construction stage to the handover of the documentation needed for facility usage and final building approval.

Administrative facilities

In the field of office parks, we offer years of experience in completing administrative facilities, both small and medium-sized office blocks and multi-building premises.

Market and services

We closely cooperate with chain stores and developers, for whom we build huge outskirts shopping malls as well as those situated in the historical centers of cities, and other commercial facilities.

Accommodation facilities

Besides housing, we complete new buildings and renovate other residential facilities such as hotels, retirement homes, houses with day care, children’s homes, hostels and university campuses.

Production halls and warehouses

We take advantage of our years of experience in the construction market in the completion of production halls and warehouses, especially those requiring technically challenging solutions. We regularly receive professional awards for the workmanship and design of these facilities, the last of which was the Top Invest 2007 award for Prague´s Richter + Frenzel shopping and storage premises.

Industrial zones, linear construction projects

As a general supplier  we have completed three industrial zones with dozens of industrial facilities in them. SYNER delivers linear construction projects such as waste-water purification plants, sewage systems, waterworks, and in cooperation with specialized companies it also provides the technological part of the project.

Civic amenities – health care, education and culture, sport facilities

We have gained the most experience as a general supplier of construction or renovation projects of schools, hospitals, swimming pools and sport facilities.
