Martin Borovička

Chairman of the Board and CEO

Ing. Martin Borovička (*1966) graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He joined S group after holding CEO positions with Aliachem and Synthesia Pardubice. He became CEO of Syner in 2005 and since the holding company was founded he has been simultaneously Chairman of the Board and CEO.

Robert Špott

Executive director

Robert Špott joined SYNER, s.r.o., in 2006. He began as the director of the branch office in Prague, then became the business director and since 2008 he has been the executive director of the company.  His career profile is outlined in Who is Who (2005) encyclopedia from Hübners Publishing.

Ing. Miroslav Kot

Business director

Miroslav Kot joined SYNER in 2003. He started as a planner, worked his way up through to the project manager´s job to become the business director in February of 2008.

Ing. Václav Brodský

Technical director

Václav Brodský joined SYNER in 2001 as a planner with the technical department. He then became the project manager and after that the technical vice director. He was appointed the technical director in 2008.

Ing. Doni Juras

Production director

Doni Juras came to SYNER in 1996. He became the production director in 1997; he simultaneously works as the director of the production and technical support department for the mother holding company.

Ing. Luboš Váňa

Financial director

Luboš Váňa joined SYNER in 2007 as the financial manager and was promoted to the financial director´s position in 2008.
