Company history

SYNER doesn’t have roots in any former state construction, engineering or projection companies. It has been fully controlled by Czech capital and local management since its foundation in 1991. It gradually profiled itself as one of the most important construction companies in the Czech Republic and in this field it has been awarded many times in the past, e.g. with the Dynamic Company of the Year 2006 title.

SYNER, s.r.o., has been a member of the Association of Building Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic since 1992. It has been based in Liberec since its foundation, branched out to Prague in 1999 and two years later founded a branch office – SYNER Slovakia - in Bratislava.

It has been a part of the construction and development group S group holding, a.s. since 2007, when a part of SYNER spun off to establish the new holding company. SYNER maintains its flagship position of the holding company´s construction division. Its activities throughout the whole country are proven by over 500 completed projects. SYNER has changed its head office location several times over the twenty years of its existence due to an increasing number of employees. It has always moved into its own premises, the last of which is the fourteen-storey S Tower building, where it moved in May 2008 and where it is now based together with its mother holding company.
