SYNER, s.r.o., is a construction and development company with twenty years of operation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It has been a part of a strong construction, development and investment group S group holding, a.s. since 2007.

We focus on the completion of civil, residential and office projects and industrial, traffic, ecologic and water utility premises.We are in the top 10 of the biggest and most important subjects in our field and are the leader in the Liberec Region.  

We build upon rich experience and top-quality project teams. SYNER currently employs about 300 people.

SYNER is ranked among prosperous Czech construction companies with a steady growth of the market value and a system of management complying with EU standards. SYNER is a holder of many prestigious Building of the Year awards. It was awarded the “The Construction Company of the Year” title in 2002. It is also a multiple-time holder of the Czech Made brand and the Safe Company award, and won the Dynamic Company of the Year title in 2006. SYNER has an established, regularly audited and certified quality control system, an environmental management system and an occupational health and safety management system  in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
